Development principles
Sprint 1 is the pure automatic ETA — nothing else. Delivered, measured and judged in 12 weeks. The proactive signals, waiting-cost capture and driver messaging in this demo are later building blocks on the same foundation: they show where this can go in further development, they are not part of the first sprint.
Read-only during development. We only read data out of Lovos. Nothing is written into Lovos until the calculation is proven and Vos IT approves the write path.
Vos owns everything. Code runs in Vos systems, fully documented, no subscription, no vendor lock-in. Internal IT (or any other party) can take over at any time.
Honest bandwidth. An ETA is a window, not a promise — we show ±15–30 min and improve accuracy with every trip driven.
Built with the end goal in mind. The same data stream that powers the ETA powers the next steps: unload detection, waiting-cost capture, document checks, automatic customer mails, driver-language translation. One foundation, no big-bang.
